Call of Duty developers have revealed that Season 5 of Black Ops Cold War will see the LC10 SMG nerfed.

The LC10 SMG was first introduced into Black Ops Cold War back in Season 2 and has since proved to be one of the most popular close-range weapons in the game.
It boasts impressive power and modest recoil making it a favourable choice for casual matches and League Play.
Of course, with any powerful weapon that proves to be popular with the community, many players have called for it to be nerfed.
Currently the LC10 SMG has the power to eliminate enemies with just a few precise shots, it seems players ares calling for the weapon to be nerfed as it seems to be doing some real damage at close range.
Patch notes have not yet been released yet, although thanks to a few Season Five announcements from Treyarch we have a pretty good idea of what we can expect to see.

The devs have said “We’ve also got a new round of weapon tuning coming for a selection of assault rifles and SMGs, including some new tweaks for the LC10.”
There wasn’t any further details unfortunately although we are pretty sure it is pointing towards the nerf the community has been asking for.
It is also unclear just how they will implement these changes, for example which areas they will affect.
We can assume we will see significant changes to made to the LC10’s damage ranges and its recoil.
