Call of Duty: Warzone players have been begging for a specific feature from Battlefield 2042 and Halo Infinite to be added to the game following their announcements at E3 2021.
Fans of Black Ops 4 battle royale will be familiar with the fan favourite Grappling Hook which allowed players to reach new heights of mobility, it was since scrapped when Infinity Ward launched Warzone.

Players have since been very vocal about missing the item with many calling for it to be added back into the game.
For those who don’t know the grappling hook gives players the added ability to fly around the map taking on a series of new positions and allowing them to easily worm their way out of tricky situations.

Of course there are some players who disagree and think that it brings too much unnatural mobility to the game considering the time period in which Warzone is set in.
However, since Battlefield 2042 and Halo Infinite were both revealed at this years E3 event, fans have cried out begging for the item to be added to Warzone as it seems to be featured in both of these upcoming titles.

Twitch streamer ‘IceManIsaac’ took to Twitter to share his thoughts on the situation.
The post read “I see grapple guns in the new Halo AND the new Battlefield, but still no grapples in Warzone”
The post was soon met with a flood of comments from other players, some agreeing and hopping for the grappling hooks return while others disagreed thinking it that it does not fit with the games current time period.
