According to Capcom, a DLC is now in development for Resident Evil Village.
Fans of Resident Evil are in store for brand new content as a Resident Evil Village expansion is now in development as announced by Capcom in their E3 2021 presentation.
Unfortunately, Capcom did not provide any additional details on their future plans but stated that they will provide more information another time, however, they did say that “development has just started” on the DLC for the game.
The producer of Resident Evil Village, Tsuyoshi Kanda assured fans that next month there will be something taking place for them to look forward too along with announcing Resident Evil RE: Verse, where players will be able to battle it out in a multiplayer mode.
Resident Evil RE: Verse is set to launch in July and will be a deathmatch multiplayer mode and will include a host of iconic Resident Evil bioweapons and heroes.
This makes sense as we also saw the previous title, Resident Evil 7 biohazard was given a host of add-ons after its release.
Resident Evil Village launched back in May this year on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and PC along with Google Stadia.
