Raven Software have had many requests from fans to fix some lighting issues that have surfaced since the Verdansk 84′ update.
Warzone is no stranger to bugs and glitches in the game and has faced a string of complaints from players since its launch, despite these issues the title has remained one the most popular battle royale titles of all time.
Raven Software have tackled these bugs as best as possible however there are still some glitches that continue to cause issues for players. The latest bug that is leaving players unhappy first surfaces after the Season 3 update which has causes a few lighting issues.
Players have reported that that Verdansk has became so sunny that they are struggling to carry out successful gun fights, many have called out to the games developers to change the lighting setting in the game all together.
It now seems that Raven Software are aware of this issue as lead Warzone VFX artist Reed Shingledecker has assured fans that there is a fix on it way to iron out this issue.
Reddit user ‘IYIonaghan’ took to the platform to share their thoughts on this problem “Does anyone else find the sun annoying in this game? Its so fucking bright makes so many fights like 5x harder coz your almost completely blinded, is there a way to turn the brightness of it down?”
The post was soon met with a host of upvotes and comments with other players agreeing that the sun in the game has become somewhat of an issue.
Shingledecker then took to Twitter to say “Is this true? The sun lens flare in Verdansk ’84 is bothering people? I can easily tone it down if needed.”
He also went on to say “Looks like I know what I’m doing on Monday. I’m happy to look and address any VFX concerns. Thanks for the feedback. I don’t have the power to change the entire lighting of the map though.”
So, fans should expect some changes to be made in the near future, in the meantime be sure to check back with us at Gamerficial for the latest news and updates.
