Fans believe there will be a host of action heroes soon to appear in Warzone after Rambo release date confirmed.
A host of teasers have surfaced hinting that Call of Duty: Warzone would soon be seeing a host of heroes from the 80’s.
There has been a number of hints towards various characters however there has been no official confirmations on this… until now.
The official Call of Duty Twitter account recently shared a post confirming that Warzone will soon be getting Rambo among its ranks, this popular movie hero has already been teased in a number of Warzone Tweets.
The titles developers have teased a number of possible characters that may be arriving in the game from kill records to name play. Now we have a concrete date as to when players should expect Rambo to appear in the game.
The Tweet shows an Operator making their way through the jungle with an bow and arrow coming clearly into the shot, Rambo’s face can be seen as he lines up his arrow towards a target.
Fans should expect the icon to join the ranks on May 20th.
The clip finishes up by reading “Become War”, the iconic phrase from the Rambo series.
Although Rambo is only seen in the clip for a few short seconds, it’s enough for fans to get ready before the addition is made to the game.
As Warzone has already transported players back to the 1980’s, this has given the perfect setting for the game to add a host of their favourite 80’s action heroes.
There wasn’t any further information given, although it’s likely that the character will become available as a skin for one of the existing Operators.
