Rumours and speculation surrounding a huge nuclear strike have been circulating for quite some time now, leaks had suggested that the city of Verdansk would be completely wiped out after being targeted by a huge nuclear strike.

Twitter user ‘NotAndreLuiz‘ took to the platform to share a clip from the game where they witnessed a huge missile crashing down into Verdansk. However, instead of wiping out the city as expected it seemed to simply vanish in a cloud of dust leaving behind very little damage.
It is hard to say if this actually is a bug, although it seems incredibly out of place considering there’s no actual destruction left behind when the missile lands.

A recent leak suggests that a new map could be based around World War 2, although as with every leak we should take these with a pinch of salt. With nothing officially confirmed it is hard to say just what is in store for the future of Warzone.
