Players have long been complaining about how overpowered the Roze skin is in Warzone. Clips have been popping up all over the place documenting just how well camouflaged the operator can be.
Balance issues aren’t new to Warzone, The DMR and Akimbo Diamatti’s are a perfect example of how easy it is for overpowered weapons to slip through the cracks. Even the C4 and ‘Fire Shotty’ have had their day leading the meta.
Now players have turned their attention to something new, not a weapon or equipment but rather a cosmetic item. The Roze skin, with a complete montone black design has been frustrating players for a while now, with them begging the developers to do something about it.
A clip was posted to Reddit via ‘ckalinec’ that shows the Roze skins works in almost any situation – even a well lit room.
As he was walking through the Train Stations main building he starts receiving fire from an unknown location. At first it seems to be coming from an invisible player, but after watching the killcam it just appears to be a player using the controversial skin.

On closer inspection you can see the Roze sin was blending in with the dark window panels behind them, despite the good amount of lighting in the room which should have been enough to illuminate the operator.
The player captioned the clip by saying “Yesterday, I got Roze skinned in a well-lit room,” “Or maybe I’m blind, you be the judge.”

The post on Reddit got a lot of attention from the community, with everyone wanting to share their opinion on the skin.
“The problem is this one has NOTHING but black. There’s no face, there’s not other color in the suit, not shoes or anything so it makes it so hard to see. It’s insane,” one commenter wrote.
“Nope couldn’t see her at all! I kinda wish she had accents like Ghost. Maybe some white streaks or a bright mask. Ghost has those and I never feel screwed by him BECAUSE I CAN SEE HIM. I legitimately couldn’t see the Roze in this clip.” Another commented.

It’s unclear whether Activision have any plans to resolve this issue. After all, with this being a battle pass item it means fans payed money for the skin. Which could cause issues if they plan to change or remove it.
Refunding players who paid for the skin would also cause issues, the skin was unlocked at level 100 of the battle pass which means players had to spend a substantial amount of time playing to unlock it.
