Animal Crossing players have recently been wondering if it was possible for the new Mario Warp Pipes to gain them access the 4th level of cliffs on their island, here is everything you need to know about the new Warp Pipes.
If you’re like me and you’ve put hours and hours into Animal Crossing: New Horizons to try and make your island the best it can be, you probably know everything there is to know about the game. Through the ongoing global pandemic, millions of players turned to the popular Nintendo Switch game in order to escape to their own virtual island.

You can always learn different tips and tricks along the way in order to help take your island to the next level and of course with any game that is constantly receiving regular updates it’s likely you stumble across a few glitches on the way.
As you know on your island, it is not possible to navigate any higher than the 3rd level of cliffs, although players had previously stumbled across a glitch which temporarily allowed them to reach the next level. Players worked out that if they blocked themselves in on a cliff and squeezed their way up they could reach the next level, however once they came down they were not able to get back up there again.

However, the new Mario update that arrived recently has got players minds racing as we saw the introduction of the Warp Pipe. For those who don’t know, the Warp Pipe allow players to transport between two locations on their islands, they simply jump into one pipe and will come out of the other pipe where ever it may be located on their island.
It wasn’t long before it started to cross players minds, could Warp Pipes be the answer to reaching the 4th level?

Popular Youtuber ‘Mayor Mori’ put the theory to the test. He managed to organise the pipes in manor which may result in him reaching the top layer of cliffs.
Unfortunately, this method didn’t work instead of being transported to the very top he was merely spat back out by the pipe. No matter how much he tried and re-organised the pipes he couldn’t make it to the top, he even tried entering them at a certain angle, but again he was left disappointed.
Many players have tried to access the 4th layer in the past, however a previous patch made it impossible for players to reach it. Although the level can still be decorated to complete their islands.
