Grand Theft Auto 6 could actually be closer than we think following a new job listing from Rockstar Games which leads fans to believe we could soon be in store for a trailer.

Eight long years have passed since the last instalment in the GTA series and with no official information on when we could be seeing a GTA 6 release, fans have had no choice but to rely on rumours and leaks of what could be in store in the future.

Recently it seems that Rockstar Games have been dropping some hints regarding GTA 6, although they haven’t been so obvious, Rockstar have put out a series of hidden messages with some even hidden in GTA Online’s in-game adverts that have really got fans talking.
Hype amongst fans is starting to build, Rockstar are yet to announce anything officially however a rather interesting job listing has appeared on the careers page on Rockstar’s website. The listing calls for a ‘Cinematic Gameplay Capture Artist’, the open position is based in New York and has a rather interesting job description.

The listing was shared on Reddit, highlighting the key roles of the position. The listing states “This role is responsible for shooting in-game footage for use in online and TV campaigns’ it goes on to say “The Gameplay Capture team works with our video editing and trailer teams to produce outstanding video using exclusively in-game shots’.

Of course, this job posting could be for any or Rockstars games, fans are praying this is a sign that GTA 6 could finally be on its way.
Only time will tell what exactly is in store for the future of the GTA series, let’s hope that we see at least a trailer sooner rather than later.
