Handheld consoles are currently leading the market, but what are the chances of us seeing a handheld Xbox or PlayStation anytime soon?
In Japan last year Nintendo Switch made up almost 90% of all console sales and continues to be going strong. As Microsoft’s Xbox Game Pass has plans for a new cloud streaming project in order to get Xbox on mobile devices worldwide, could we have hopes to see a handheld console in the future?

The current plans for the Xbox Game Pass streaming for mobile devices will require players to always have access to a dock for their phone and also a controller, could we see them change this idea into a fully fledged handheld device?
Although as amazing as these products are we these kind of designs probably won’t be able to be fulfilled in reality, but it’s fun to think about and definitely gives us ideas for the future.
