A host of new items are coming to Animal Crossing: New Horizons to help bring the New Year in, in style.
Animal Crossing: New Horizons is the place to be when celebrating and event, Christmas and New Year may be behind us, but that doesn’t mean that these events didn’t bring with them a collection of new limited time seasonal items.

Players have been under the impression that the festive season was over, however it couldn’t be further from the truth as Nintendo still has a few seasonal surpises up their sleeve.
It was annouced via Animal Crossing: New Horizons’ Twitter account that there was a series of new festive decorations now available. The items available will be:
- 2021 Celebratory Arch – 2,021 bells
- Olivier Salad – 1,000 bells
- Zodiac Ox Figurine – 1,600 bells
- Kagamimoci Rice Cake – 1,800 bells
- Kadomatsu Plant – 2,580 bells
- New Year’s Shimekazari – 2,000 bells
- Yut Nori – 1,300 bells
Players can find these items and purchase them by visitng the Nook Shopping Catalogue and looking under the seasonal section.
All of these new items have been chosen to represent different cultures, which gives players of all nationalities to be able to decorate their islands and home in their own way.
