It’s been a few months now since players discovered an exploit allowing them to move through walls and become invisible, and with developers failing to act and fix the issue, they’re now turning to vigilante justice with hilarious results.
The glitch in Call of Duty Warzone allows players to park a cargo truck next to a locked garage, and when exiting the vehicle will be teleported through the wall into the locked room. While in the room, the cheater can see and shoot through the walls. Getting killed someone you can’t see was confusing at first, but now players know what to expect when they see a truck parked next to a wall.
Players familiar with the exploit have been posting their clips of them counteracting the cheaters on Reddit.
“I know it when I see it” is the title of a clip posted too Reddit by ‘precipue’. The clip shows him coming across a truck parked right next to a wall in a notorious exploit spot. after double checking his heartbeat sensor to see if anyone is inside, he proceeds to deliver some karma to the cheater.
He then jumps down onto the truck and gets inside, jumping straight back out allows him to glitch himself into the room and surprise the cheater waiting inside. Judging by the comments on the post, the Warzone community are happy to see an exploit be used if its to defeat a cheater.
Other comments on the post suggested driving the truck away to leave the player stuck inside, with no escape they would be killed by the gas, the problem with this is that it allows them the chance to kill more unsuspecting players while they’re still alive inside.
Treyarch and Raven Software haven’t spoken out about the glitch yet, it appears players are on their own trying to stop cheaters for now.
